1.Added 4 fields in report and change code to save and update it to table.Change procedure to get hotel details in report for refund to customer,all and ticketed status.

Added code to get hotel report data for different status eg amend,and cancel status.Tested code is working for different booking. Tested flight booking and sales report is retrieving correctly.

the 3rd point mentioned in the feature is not fixed
3) cancel refund report- in this report also refuned to customer status - should show the final total amount which we get in sales report refunded to customer.
