Description
Please fix the following issues:
1.In sales report supplier code, supplier price fields are shown false..issue exists for hotel and f+h
2.Instant discount field is missing in sales report..fix it for all properties
3.For hotel, instead of booked status show it as reconfirmed..as of now it is shown as reconfimed
