Please fix the following issues:
1.In sales report supplier code, supplier price fields are shown false..issue exists for hotel and f+h
2.Instant discount service charge field is missing in sales report..fix it for all properties
3.For hotel, instead of booked status show it as reconfirmed..as of now it is shown as reconfimed
