Description
Please add a permission to display invoice option.
Now we are checking only the free cancellation policy condition & Invoice days - key. Please display the this option based on the permission and Cancellation policy condition.
If any one of the Condition is not satisfied, then no need to display this option in any user in the admin side.

For Tirpnet There is only one button for Book and Invoice. So cant add permission for Invoice option.
Firstly add permission for Inovice Option, After discussing with TL, There is only one button for book and Invoice for Tripnet. So cant add the permission. So time more taken
