Description
The transaction TPN3120 is showing wrong supplier currency rate when a particular date range is selected
when 1st nov 2018 to 15 nov 2018 selected for Hotel , and transaction status ALL - the value in supplier currency rate is WRONG
When 1st nov 2018 to 2n Nov 2018 selected for Hotel and status selected as Reconfirmed - the value coming is correct. Please fix.

Note : This is due to the 2 entries showing in sales report for 3120 . this transaction is currently in refunded to customer status. 2 entries are mandatory for same transaction , if it is refunded to customer status.

above issue was not able to produce in local as well as in 100, it was working fine,
took time to set 3ototlat as tripnet and also to get live db connection string.
took time to produce the issue connecting live db and also using live solution as the issue was only comes on setting "DualEntriesInTQRRefunded" as true.
fixed the issue by replacing SupplierCurrencyRate column with ActualSupplierTotal as SupplierCurrencyRate .
