Description
Result count is low, result page count is very low as compare to the XML response.

This is because of cdn data, cdn data is out of date
Also done the exception handling in the provider side to resolve this issue.
Also verify the user enable api issue ,Issue:In b2b we can enable particular api for agency users, but in live environment search request sent for all APIs which are enabled for the particular agency.
