If their is No cancellation policy providing from Hotel beds Apitude , please show No cancellation policy found message. Binsu has fixed for Depkey

As discussed with sreerag make this bug to on hold. cant reproduce this bug on local machine with staging db and staging web config.

cant reproduce this bug in 100 so closing this bug..as of now cancellation policy getting properly
