Description

If hotel booking is failed, make sure we save the room name, board type and entire details of Hotel ( cancellation policy ), only status must exist as failed

do as common for all admin, bring confirm booking and amend also in transaction status for such case.

issue exist, booking failed occured for dotw and PTN , no hotel room details is saved.
