Description
Please give notification pop up before disabling/deleting any fuctionaity like ( ex . I want to disbaled/delete particular markup from the system).
Please do commit in common code.
should be available for tripnet, 3otolat, emtaz, corporate and metrip

- did notification pop up before disabling in all markup and discount pages.

issue still exits. In markup and discount when click on Disable button , immediately disable is happening.
