Description
Added 'Middle East airlines' to the Allowed list. This time Middle east airlines result was listed and it is operated by Kuwait airways. Then added 'Kuwait airways' to the Blocked list. Then search the same search. This time Operated by 'Kuwait airways' on Middle east airlines result was listed. That's wrong. Please restrict the airlines that are 'operated by' in the blocked list. Refer screenshot and fix it properly

We are using operating vendor to block or allow airline from the result
In this case Kuwait airways is code share airline not an operating vendor. Here operating vendor is HR airline(Hahn air businnessline)
