Description
Added 1st entry, 'Saudi Arabian Airlines' to the Blocked list
Added 2nd entry, 'Royal Jordanian' to the Blocked list. Then search flight. Here now 'Royal Jordanian' airlines search results are listed. The issue is Blocked list airlines are not considered when added 2nd time. Refer screenshot and fix it properly the same on Allowed list

Issue fixed. One entry was only created for the Blocked and Allowed list
