Description
1) Home page agency registration form does not accept mobile number details and hence the registration can be completed.
2) Skype Id to be renames as IATA Code and MSN contact tab to be removed.

Change Label Name : 'Set Login Page Image' to 'Set Special Deals'
Change Label Name : 'Login Page Image List' to 'Special Deals List'
