Description

Add the below Important Information section in the 'Flyadeal' voucher.

Important Information.
1. Each Customer may carry only ONE Carry-on Bag into the cabin. This may be no larger than 55 x 35 x 20cm and weigh
no more than 7kg. No additional bags may be carried onboard including shopping, handbags or any other items.

2. You must arrive at the airport at least two (2) hours before your departure time to allow for additional checks and
queues

3. All Customers must download the Tawakkalna app on as this will be required to gain entry to the airport terminals
and aircraft. If your status is not "Green", or if you fail to show the status on your smartphone, you will not be
permitted to travel and no credit or refund will be given.

4. Only Customers with confirmed bookings will be permitted to enter the airport terminals

5. Customers must arrive at the airport with their own face masks which must be worn at all times or they risk being
refused entry and / or boarding (with no credit or refund due)

6. Temperature checks will be conducted by GACA at the terminal entrance and other points in the airport. They may
require further medical checks or refuse carriage to any Customers who they believe are unwell and not fit to fly

7. You agree you may be re-seated by our airport or cabin crew teams to allow for social distancing in the aircraft cabin
and that this may mean that all Customers in the booking may not be seated together.

8. We will check all cabin baggage before boarding and any bags in excess of the allowance must be checked in as hold
baggage and any excess baggage fees paid before your will be accepted for travel.

9. All fares are non-refundable

10. You can change the date or time of your flight up to 90 minutes before departure. If you don’t travel your booking will
be cancelled and no refund or credit given.

11. Name and route changes are not permitted

Dear Team,Please resolve below points,Resolve the same on ticket copy and email ticket copy too
--Information should come under "Important Information"
--also after Bulletin,On next line the sentence should come at the starting position of the top on the sentence
