1. On cancellation now both cancellation and check status request are sending .

also on TQR on status is displayed as 15 and on the transaction history status is missing.

if we click on check status again cancellation and check status is sending , which are wrong

Also the entry got missing from TQR list which is on 'check status' status .

Please send only cancellation request on cancel action and send the check status request only if we we perform check current status action .

2. Entry also gets missing on calculate cancellation charge case. also the status is not displayed on status section and transaction history section

maintain the entry on TQR with proper status
