For destination wise markup and agency wise markup it is reflecting in total price manner in result page and room rate manner in room details page make it reflect like the discount.
In Agency discount If we save Discount as amount then if save it,It is saved as percentage.And for Percentage it is saved as amount.If we try to edit we are not able to do so.
